Who says you can't teach on old dog new tricks?
We're trying something new for TNR23. Our exhibitors spoke and we listened! You want more input into the floor plan.
The numbered exhibitor floor plan is posted below.
Here's how it works:
Priority for booth location assignments will be as follows:
1) Principal Sponsors of TNR23
2) Exhibitors with two (2) or more booth spaces
3) Returning exhibitors
4) New & non-profit exhibitors
Booth space will not be assigned until payment is received in full.
The floor plan will begin to be filled in based on the above priority sequence on December 1, 2022.
After February 1, 2023, booth locations will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.

Exhibitor Personnel Registration
Two exhibitor (2) badges per 10 x 10 booth space are included in the cost of each exhibitor booth. Representatives must be pre-registered on the DiAC website before February 28, 2023 and badges will be issued.
All exhibitor employees and support staff who need access to the show floor during the hours it is open to delegates must be pre-registered and wear admittance badges.
Additional exhibitor employees in excess of two per 10 x 10 booth can be registered on the DIAC website in advance of the conference. Additional staff above the 2 per booth will be registered at a cost of $50.00 per person.
Your company can have exclusive use of one of the 3 smaller seminar rooms just off the trade show floor for a full day Friday or Saturday or both! Bring in materials, equipment, audio-visual aids, guest speakers – whatever you like!
Pricing is detailed in the Prospectus and in the DIAC Webstore. Sale of these rooms is first-come-first-served and must be paid in full to secure.
The three Workshop Rooms available this year are the Ottawa, Windsor, and Hamilton rooms. (Toronto A, Toronto B, and Montreal are reserved for Seminars).
Here are the details you might like to know:
Ottawa Room - 34' x 26' x 8.6' - 884 sq ft
Windsor Room - 22' x 26' x 8.6' - 572 sq ft
Hamilton Room - 22' x 26' x 8.6' - 572 sq ft
Please Note: Industry Reps may not attend if their company has not purchased an Exhibitor Booth on the trade show floor.
To attend Technorama as a delegate, you must belong to one of the following professions:
Denturist, Dental Technician, Dental Assistant, Dental Hygienist or Dentist (or student of any of these professions)
DiAC has secured a block of rooms for our exhibitors and their employees for a reduced rate of $154.00 per room plus taxes.
Rooms are available Thursday March 30th and Friday March 31st. Please use the booking link or advise the hotel you are with Technorama 2023 when booking. Rooms in the reserved block are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
To ensure you have a room, all rooms must be booked before March 10th to get the preferred rate. After March 10th the rooms are released from the block.
We had several exhibitors advise they could not get rooms in the hotel last year. Don’t be disappointed - book early to reserve your rooms.
