TECHNORAMA 2021 IS GOING “VIRTUAL”
WELCOME!

A MESSAGE FROM DIAC PRESIDENT, JIM WAREING

Lots of change this year and we are writing to update and guide you through some of these changes to make your participation in the show a success.

First and fore most DiAC has partnered with vFairs  www.vfairs.com to provide you with a state-of-the-art digital experience.  Our show is not just a bunch of presentations or static pages on line, it is a truly “virtual” show with the look feel and content that makes it almost like being there in person.

Things you need to be aware of for 2021:

  • If you are not a DiAC member your business contact information may not be on the DiAC administrative system.   You will need to contact info@diac.ca with your name, email address, business name, business address, business phone number to be registered to use the DiAC on line store.
  • All exhibitors must register through the website for the 2021 show even if you have a credit on file with DiAC from 2020.
  • The show is digital, each company will have a booth, availability for sponsoring seminars, sponsorships are available and come with advanced features and functionality on the site.  All the options available to you can be found at www.diac.wildapricot.org/Technorama2021/exhibitors.
  • We have updated our terms and conditions in a new prospectus.  Exhibitors/Sponsors need to review and understand this document to exhibit at the show.  www.diac.wildapricot.org/Technorama2021/exhibitors
  • Payment will be made on line through the DiAC website.  No booth space will be reserved without payment at time of registration.
  • DiAC and vFairs staff are available to assist with your account set up on the DiAC site and on the vFairs exhibitor site.  Collateral can be in many forms, videos, zoom, video, power-point and documents.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring the booth is setup, staffed with representatives and content is appropriate for a dental lab and technology show.  Content must comply with all Health Canada regulations applicable to Class I, II, III and IV products.
  • Those who have become Platinum, Gold or Silver sponsors have options available to them that are not available to those enrolling for a standard booth.  Please review the prospectus and website.
  • Those who are not Sponsors and want seminar space will be assigned space on a first come first paid basis.  Unless payment is received your application for a seminar will be held until all other paid seminars are allocated times.
  • Seminar sponsors must provide Topic, speaker picture, speaker bio, small description of content to DiAC by end of January 2021 to be included in the agenda and program advertising.
  • DiAC is advertising the conference coast to coast through traditional print ads, Denturism Today, Oral Health, etc. as well as through our social media sites and our connections to the dental professional associations across the country.  We expect to double our delegate participation on line.  DiAC is expanding its efforts to advertise and solicit delegates to the show.
  • A leadership board gamification is part of the content and is available for sponsorship to encourage delegate to attend the booths and rack up points.  The sponsors will provide gifts for the winners.
  • A digital coupon book is being developed and will be included in every delegate’s on-line briefcase when they register for the show.

Exhibitors please reach out to us at any time and we will guide you through the new program and process.  Elizabeth elizabeth@diac.ca and Rhonda rhondalawson@diac.ca are here to assist you.  In the meantime, please visit www.diac.wildapricot.org to attend our website and view the information and options available to you.
